I did something almost nobody would do a couple of days ago. I turned down a ticket to the game. Don't get me wrong, I wanted to go very badly but I have to take care of a family member who is ailing. Man, what a time to get sick... But, I did take a vow, in sickness and health...

All of you who do get to go, enjoy yourselves (I know you will) I wish I could be there to see the banner raised.

I do have a consolation, I was also offered a ticket to the Husky game on Saturday so I am hoping that one I can go to.

Yea, I'm envious. Perfect weather and it looked like a really fun time. I would have gone except that going on a Thursday would have meant having to take two vacation days and a good chunk of change. I've committed to the Cowboys game and the Cards road game.
