I don't know that they had bevell figured out. I don't even think bevell knows what he is doing and that is the problem. Our offense is having an identity crisis.
And as for Quinn and the defense. The hawks have always said they are gonna play you straight up, pure and simple. That works when you have the talent, but when your already offseason thinned roster gets hit with substantial injuries, the simplicity that was your strength becomes your weakness.

I think Bevell needs to follow Harvin and go coach for the Jets. Who knows? Maybe Bevell can replace Rex Ryan as the jets HC???

I just know I don't care for Darrell Bevell, never have, never will.

I have to disagree. Bevell's playbook last year was pretty good. Played well within the system needed to win.

I would venture to guess this year has been a little different with Percy in there. Bevell was probably forcing things into the playbook to get Percy involved a lot. It didn't seem to be working .

I am going to say with Percy gone, the offence should return to what it was similar to last year, only being opened up a bit more for RW3 to pass a little more often.

But I would hope lessons have been learned in the 2 losses. Run the ball, keep the TOP in our favour, keep the D rested, and stick to Beast until he can be stopped.

I am hoping a lot of the reason RW3 has run and scrambled so much this year was due to the fact Harvin was his first option, and he just wasn't getting open, which in turn was pissing him off, which in turn caused him to have a poo poo lip last week against Dallas .
