Then I guess the wisest thing is to perpetuate it and see if we the fans can destroy that "marriage" whether it be true or not. SMDH.

As if what we have to say in our little non descript forum will have any impact whatsoever on anything or anyone outside of our small band of brothers? How many and what kinds of people do you think even read our comments, let alone put any faith in them?

I can hear it now: "Did you read what RiverDog just posted over in the Shack? Holy chit, this is baaaaaad! I gotta run and tell Pete and the gang!"

Then I suppose the wisest thing is to talk about it pointlessly on a message board that no one reads. SMDH

The whole point of a forum is to discuss the team and its issues whatever people make of them.
I doubt every poster reads all of the available articles and hears/sees all of the media reports so getting observations from around the country and links for posted articles are great for those of us who don't have the time to research things fully.

I welcome dissenting opinions and articles that provide opinions and observations good or bad. It's better than a Forum that squashes any negativity like others out there.
After all, we really have no idea what is actually happening within the team, so bring it on, I say.

Makes zero sense for someone to "give legs" to this stuff, especially when they are citing rumors ruining otherwise healthy marriages. In essense becoming the gossiper spreading the rumors ( that may or may not be accurate) makes zero sense to me, to cite that, and then proceed to do what it is that is being cited as a bad thing.Doesn't in the least make any sense to me.

Wow. I just read the comments.

Its obvious that only 1 or 2 of you have actually given the Harvin situation some intelligent thought.

"It was still the right move at the time." Really? Trading a 1st, 3rd, 7th and giving out a huge contract to a MEDIOCRE player who causes problems everywhere he goes and is unable to do the things that WRs are supposed to do....and it was the right move?

Jeez, in a year or two when he is out of the nfl (another prediction that I made when we got him... ) most of you guys will STILL be in denial.

Harvin is not even a good football player. He is mediocre AT BEST and his production in his career reflects that (as does j7st watching him play...).

It seems as though most of you are suffering from Al Davis disease....it doesn't matter that he can't run routes, it doesnt matter that he has a hard time catching passes more than 10 yards deep, it doesnt matter that he constantly gets injured and takes himself out of games or causes problems in locker rooms......because he's fast.

Harvin may be fast, but he sucks at Football and anyone who can't see that is still in denial.

Wake up you guys, and pull your head out of your ass. Everyone in America had been warned about how toxic (and unproductive) he is, and everything turned out to be 100% true (and even worse).

If the hawks (or you guys) wanted a game-changing player then why not go for a GAME CHANGING PLAYER instead of a mediocre-at-best POS who brings tons of problems with very little on-field production.

Harvin's nfl career is almost over, and it's not just because he is a POS, it's because he isnt good.

Teams put up with POSes if they help make the team great. Harvin actually made us WORSE. Adding Harvin hurt the seahawks. Eventually even stupid teams like the jets will learn their lesson and Harvin will be out of the nfl

Briwas, you're opinion is just that...an opinion. Every single player and coach in the NFL COMPLETELY disagrees with your take. Completely.

Maybe every single player and coach all have Al Davis disease because dude is right, Harvin is a POS who can't run deep routes(though he now claims he wanted to here in Seattle but Bevell wouldn't let him) gets "hurt" all the time and is a cancer to every team he has ever played for.

But, you don't speak for every player or coach in the NFL Spanky and most are too polite to say bad things about the guy.

Harvin may be a POS who is hurt a lot, but to claim that he isn't a good football player is simply wrong, so Briwas isn't exactly 'right.' If he were a good attitude guy making less $ you would love him on your team. Again, this supports the idea that he is a GOOD FOOTBALL PLAYER. I agree with the rest thought. He is a POS who is overpaid and I am glad he isn't a Hawk anymore.
