He has had a single "good" year, out of three, at what point does Snyder and Co just admit he wasn't worth what was surrendered and move on?
I used the term 'star' quite liberally. He's a star in that they spent a boat load of capital to acquire him.
BTW I spent last Sunday morning with a die hard Redskins fan. He was rooting passionately for his team as I was for the Hawks. But oddly enough, he was wearing Washington Nationals gear, not anything from the Skins. His reason was that he loved his team but hated Snyder, said he goes to numerous games at FedEx but won't buy a single thing except for the game ticket, his reason being that he wasn't going to give one more penny to Snyder while being careful not to go past the point of cutting off his nose to spite his face. He also can't stand RG3, felt the draft trade was typical Snyder going after big names instead of building a solid foundation like Pete Carroll has. Obviously he's just one fan, but I got the sense that there's a lot of dissent within that fan base.
