Our Coodinators

It's been pretty obvious that both Bevell and Quinn are garnering a lot of attention. Now, Detroit is getting a feel for coach Cable as well. If we were to lose all three, who would you picture to take over their respective roles?

OC would probably be someone familiar with WCO concepts and is a run first type. Maybe someone from one of the teams that cleaned house on Monday. Not sure who, though.

It might be easier for a DC because It's Pete's Defense - what about promoting someone from within?

If we lose both Bevell and Quinn and if Pete decides to fill from within then for OC it might be Carl Smith and for DC it might be Ken Norton Jr.

Promoting from within will give the Seahawks continuity. If Cable also goes, then Pat Ruel can take over as the O-line coach.

My fear is that if Bevell and/or Quinn leave, they might take some of the current Seahawks assistants with them especially guys like Kris Richard (Secondary) and Travis Jones (D-line). Both these guys are pretty good.

Someone in another forum suggested Kubiak as a possible OC candidate.

What's Jim Zorn doing nowadays? Can't think of a better guy to coach Russell.

Good point NH and Hox, maybe promoting within is the right direction. I do have to admit, I would love Zorn and Wilson together!
