I just don't see how the guy can remain coach.
Some of my 49er friends down here just dismiss all this as the usual media b.s., but the stories wouldn't be continuing if there was no merit to them.
It actually works to our (and the rest) advantage if he does stay, because he'll continue to pizz everyone else off around him, primarily his players.
He's a good coach. But his message is lost at this point.
The best thing Harbaugh could do - and I'm serious here - is to see a therapist. The guy has No Clue how to interact with people, so much so that he's stressing himself into a heart condition. There are plenty of sports related/stress management professionals that would do this guy a world of good.
Even then, the best advice he could receive is to get out of town, and land in one Not named Oakland or New York. Those are just disasters waiting to happen as well.
