Yes, another "Yoder Thank You" thread

Postby Oly » Sun Feb 02, 2014 9:28 pm

Can we get another f*cking round of thanks for our man, Yoder? Think about it: what if the year the Hawks finally pulled this off we couldn't celebrate with the PI community? I can't speak for anyone but myself, but this victory would have felt lessened if I couldn't chat with you all about this right now, and we have Yoder to thank for that.

Well said, everyone.

Thank You, Yoder, for all the work you've put into this forum, and for providing a true substitute after the PI shutdown.

Turns out, this is a much BETTER place than the old forum anyhow:)

This whole thing started just in time for the final push for what turned out to be a Super Bowl Winning Year!

What a way to christen a new forum.

GO HAWKS!!!

10-4. Good idea, Oly. Consider it a toast to a great guy and 12th man brother on the biggest day in Seahawks history.

t

Damn straight. There would have been something missing for sure - an empty void of some sort.

Thanks again, Yoder. We ALL owe you for your time and effort.

And a big thanks to everyone here! It has been awesome sharing this season - and many seasons past - with such a great community, glad we were able to keep it alive.

"The Shack" was supposed to be a temporary name (as in temporary housing), but now it would just feel wrong to change it. It fits, it works and it's home.

I'm in a rock and a hard place. I'd like to promote it have a few more members, yet I don't want to compromise integrity of such a close knit group.

When you look at many other forums, seems like 50 topics are posted every day...and nothing but one sentence posts. Now that it's official the Off Season, I'll look at ways to grow and maintain the integrity.

Anyway, much love to you all and thanks for the kind words!

Right on Yoder its been awesome. The size and composition of of the old PI family changed over time and I personally applaud any of your efforts to grow the forum and make it better. Thanks much for making a very special season and team that much more fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
