A 50yd hail mary completed when thrown into double coverage with two all-pros in perfect position.
An easy, sure TD pass goes through the hands of a pretty good receiving running back.
An extremely accurate QB throws a sure TD pass into the ground when there was no defender within 20 yards of the receiver.
Those are just off the top of my head.
This game had rough edges, but like others, could have easily gone very, very much more in our favor. I'm not a "woulda/coulda" guy, and these letdowns could eventually become a pattern, but boy we look close IMO.
Regular 2nd string C is out for the year - that's going to happen upon occasion.
Great throw and great catch - perfectly executed by the Panthers.
Bad play by Lynch.
Bad throw.
Overall, they aren't playing well on Offense.

HumanCockroach wrote:There were A LOT of silly mistakes. Irvin had ONE offsides penalty ( no matter what the ref said, watched the play at least ten times, he did not line up offsides, and his first move was back into coverage) the safety that should have been was silly, and Bennett knows better. Far more concerned with Seattle's unwillingness to take what is given. By my count there should have been SEVEN turnovers, and Seattle garnered two ( and that is without adding in the Bennett missed safety) they simply HAVE to start holding onto the turnovers that are created.
On a side note it was awesome to finally see a glimpse of interior pressure, it isn't coincidense that there were more hurries, sacks, and turnover opportunities today, with an actually push in the middle ( for a change).
