Our defense takes the ball back on downs, Broncos get ZIP. I couldn't ask for a better out come.

Now, lets go get a TD to really put a stake in their heart!!!

We are at the 2 minute warning, and let's see what Manning will throw at us. So far he he has been successful with his dinking and dunking. I am confident in our defense being able to outphysical the offensive players.

There is no way the Broncos can come back from this 22-0 halftime deficit.

Not against this Hawks momentum.

Not against this Hawks defense.

Not with the ducks Manning has been throwing.

We are finally about to get our first ring.

42-21, Seahawks!!!

This might go down as the biggest blowout in SB history.

This is what we as fans thought would happen. But we gave too much defference to Manning.

Best defense in my eyes was the 85 Bears.
Seattle is #2 in my opinion.

Even though I've never met a one of you, I'm posting here first because most of you have been posting and rooting for the Seahawks during the Behring years or longer. We're witnessing history fellas. When they mention the 85 Bears and the 76 Steelers and the 2000 Ravens. The 2014 Seahawks will be right there. It's been a long long long wait. 30+ years of Seahawk fandom for me.

WE ARE CHAMPIONS! #1 Offense of all time WHAT!!!!!!!!!!

I love GT but he HAD a first down and then got cute with it. He HAS to have better situational awareness than that. The ONLY way OUR Seahawks will lose this game is if they beat themselves.

Finish guys FINISH!!!!

Game is over, but still its nice to see AIKMAN reluctantly admit he was WRONG ALL SEASON about us.Not that he ever said it.
But he is calling the Broncos Defense SOFT, why are we passing?

BECAUSE WE CAN THATS WHY!!!!

Nah, 85 Bears, and for that matter now that I remember a bit, even the Steel Curtain(as much as I hate to mention their name on such a joyous occasion)is better than our D. But remember, we are talking about the best defenses of ALL TIME!!!!!
For us to be #2 or even #3 of ALL TIME?? Not bad folks!

Now Manning almost HAS to play next season to avoid his LEGACY being tarnished.
Peyton left PA, JS & PC waiting on the plane in Denver, Bronco fan's laughed about that.

No worries about legacies, We're building a Dynasty!!!

Would be funny if Paul Allen mentioned that fiasco as he hoists the trophy high. But I'll bet he won't.

He has too much class.

Our boy AIKMAN predicted a 6 month physical therapy for Sherman.

What a POS! The reason why I say POS is that you and I know, HE MEANT IT!!!! HE WISHED IT ON SHERMAN.

Thank god you all know the history with Aikman that we have had to endure throughout the years.
I don't know why he hated the Seahawks. But he's a bandwagoner now!

I was away from a computer for the game but was thinking about y'all in here, so it only seems right to join in the first Hawks community I ever joined (back in '99, I believe) and join in the celebration!

Congrats, as you all have noted, is for the D, which should be mentioned with the legendary Bears, Ravens, and Steeler teams. Now they just need to string a couple more years together to unseat those Bears. It's only right that the MVP was from the defense, although I'd rather have seen the whole D get the award. Smith had the better stat sheet with the pick 6 and FR, but both of those were right place-right time situations created but others. Can any one in here remember a more dominating TEAM effort to win the SB? I can't.

Also, anyone hear the Sherman update? After the game ended, I had to round up the kids and get home to put them to bed and missed all of the post game stuff. Sucks that he couldn't finish the game, but he definitely left his mark on it.

Even though I've been saying all along that the real Superbowl was against the niners, and that we match up PERFECTLY with the Broncos, and that I'd been HOPING we'd play them because I knew we'd beat them...even I didn't foresee THAT kind of beat down!!! Holy crap!
L.O.B.!
Not just the LOB, the whole freakin defense just went OFF. They LOB AND the linebackers smacked the Broncos receivers right in the mouth and the front four were in Manning face all game long.
Wow...just wow.
The Scary part is, we're just getting going!
