With Prisco it's not any one thing he says about him but he has kind of systematically taken unprovoked shots at Wilson all year. He wrote like two columns where Wilson wasn't really the focus of the article but he felt the need to downgrade him. Then he did a film breakdown of Wilson and his findings found that Wilson was flawed and couldn't win from the pocket. Now he goes to the Owner's Meetings and he feels the need to make a special video with no context to let everyone know that he talked to Schneider and tell him that he wasn't sold on Wilson.
It's the pattern. He seems very much invested in writing negative evaluations of Wilson.

I haven't read all of Prisco's works. I was simply taking that little sound bite at face value, and didn't find what he said on that occasion to be particularly outrageous or insulting. It's certainly not 'hateful' and I'm stopping short of calling it biased. But I can't emphasize enough how misinformed he is. I honestly don't think he's followed our team like we all have or else he wouldn't have made such a gross misjudgment.
Sometimes I think that reporters like him are simply looking for attention/readers rather than being accurate and objective.

Kalibane is exactly right Riv, the guy has had a mad on for Wilson since...well since the first thing he printed about him I think.
I have no idea what his deal is, maybe he's a closet Kaepernick or RG3 fan and is sick of having Wilson show up his boys on a weekly basis...I dunno but the guy clearly has some weird motivation to try to persuade people that Wilson isn't a franchise QB.
Oly wrote:I think you got it backward, monkey: Bayless is Prisco 2.0. Prisco has been both anti-Hawks and bad for longer than I remember Bayless even being on the air.
I quit paying attention to most national media years ago, but before I did, Prisco was the only national media writer/analyst/TV-idiot that I refused to read/watch solely because of clear anti-Seahawks. There are some former players who are now analysts that have this problem, but I don't know of any supposed journalist whose bias is so clear.
But we're in agreement that they both are tools and should be avoided at all costs.
